- Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to clients' unique needs and goals.
- Advising clients on complex estate planning strategies, including tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving.
- Assisting clients with trust administration, probate proceedings, and estate settlement.
- Providing legal counsel on matters related to elder law, including Medicaid planning and long-term care planning.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently with minimal supervision.
