Trusted Estate Planning Attorneys is a flat-fee estate planning firm serving business owners, entrepreneurs, investors and their families in Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Our mission is to eliminate entitlement and keep families together while keeping more resources within the family. We are building our Las Vegas office and need a Nevada-licensed attorney who enjoys sitting down with clients and solving problems, not billing hours or going to court.The Role:
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their estates, businesses and investments, and recommend the right plan
- Design comprehensive plans that go well beyond tax planning, including trusts, asset protection structures, business entities and multigenerational planning
- Handle uncontested probate and trust matters from start to finish
- Serve as the ongoing attorney for the clients you work with
- Network with CPAs, financial advisors and other professionals to bring new clients to the firm
Compensation and Benefits:
- $115,000 to $130,000 base salary, depending on experience

About You:
- Licensed in Nevada, with 3 to 5 years of experience preferred (strong candidates at other levels will be considered)
- Able to explain complex topics in plain English
- A self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it
- Professional, reliable and high-integrity
- Positive and solution-focused, with family at the center of your priorities
- Comfortable networking and building relationships
