A Florida Business & Wealth Planning Attorney seeks an estate planning attorney with 7-10 years of experience.The ideal candidate would have extensive experience:
- drafting wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning documents,
- preparing federal estate and gift tax returns, and
- running probate and trust administrations.
An LL.M. in taxation is preferred, and no existing book of business is required. The candidate should be detail oriented, organized and have strong communication skills.
