Responsibilities may include:

Meeting with clients to understand their goals and advise on appropriate estate planning strategies
Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents including wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Advising clients on asset protection, guardianship planning, and legacy planning for families
Collaborating with the firm's team to ensure estate plans are implemented efficiently and accurately
Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the planning process
Staying current on changes in estate planning law and best practices

Qualifications:

Active member of the Utah State Bar
Prior experience in estate planning preferred
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
A collaborative mindset and commitment to serving clients with excellence
