AmeriEstate Legal Plan, an established estate planning firm serving over 45,000 clients since 1998, seeks an experienced attorney to join our provider network in California. We specialize in revocable living trusts, trust administration, and estate settlement.Position Details:
- Fully remote, flexible work environment ideal for attorneys working from home or in private practice.
- Conduct 30-minute phone consultations with clients to determine appropriate estate planning solutions.
- Our streamlined process includes pre-selling estate plans through seminars or our inside sales team. We conduct the initial client intake and provide that information to you ahead of your consultation.
- You select the appropriate trust type during your consultation, and AmeriEstate manages document preparation, notarization arrangements, and client follow-ups. We handle all administrative tasks, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in California, in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of experience in estate planning matters.
- Ability to provide concise and effective legal consultations.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
Compensation:
- Contract position starting at $175 per 30-minute consultation.
- Additional fees available for complex amendments, attorney opinion letters, and related services.
- Priority consideration for direct referrals, including probate matters.
