You are energized by taking care of clients and have a passion for people. With sharp attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, you play a key part in building trusted relationships with clients and third party advisors.
Your Day-to-Day Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional legal counsel to our clients in estate planning, business planning, and estate administration.
- Assist in the preparation and reviewing of custom-tailored solutions designed to address the unique complexities of our client's assets and personal family dynamics.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an unmatched legal experience.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with each client.
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning and related practices.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and represent the firm at local events.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Utah.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, business, or tax law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.
