Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of litigation experience (estate litigation experience is a strong plus)
- Substantial experience with:
- Motion practice
- Discovery disputes
- Trial preparation
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collegial, team-oriented environment
