We are seeking a full-time Estate Attorney to join our growing practice in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys building lasting client relationships while helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate estate administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.
  • Handle probate and estate administration from opening through final distribution.
  • Advise executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries regarding estate and trust matters.
  • Counsel clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection.
  • Prepare and file petitions and related documents with the Orphans' Court.
  • Manage client files independently while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and court personnel.
  • Stay current on Pennsylvania probate and estate planning laws.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in good standing.
  • Experience handling estate planning, probate, wills, and trusts.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Compassionate, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience appearing before Pennsylvania Orphans' Court is a plus.
