We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time attorney in the Washington, DC area.Health & Welfare Fund Fiduciaries seeks an ERISA/employee benefits attorney for a partnership-track or of-counsel position in its tax and technical compliance practice group. ERISA or tax experience is desirable. We will mentor the right candidate who has outstanding work credentials and references and academic achievements. We have a sophisticated ERISA and governmental benefits practice in a small-firm environment, representing multiemployer and governmental benefit plans.
