Position Details:
A Debt Collection Law Firm, a leading law firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a transactional attorney to practice in the areas of commercial banking and equipment finance or other secured/unsecured financing. We are prepared to train who have a general lending background and are interested in addressing the needs of our existing clients and working with our nationally-recognized attorneys to develop their own practice.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in commercial lending and/or equipment finance transactions
Knowledge of Articles 2A and/or 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code
Strong drafting and legal writing skills with strong attention to detail
Strong negotiating skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be a self-starte
