Description:Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced environmental attorney with 4+ years' experience to join its Environmental Practice Group in the Columbus Office. Successful candidates should possess meaningful experience practicing environmental law, environmental litigation, regulatory law, or a closely related practice.
Experience working with federal or state regulatory agencies in Ohio (e.g., Ohio EPA, ODNR) is a plus. Other relevant expertise would include first-chair litigation experience, or environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance advising. This position is well suited for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility and direct client involvement.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $160,000–$180,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
