We are seeking an Associate for our Environmental Practice Group in our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.Qualifications:
- 2-8 years of environmental legal experience
- Regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions and transactional due diligence experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and/or RCRA maters and associated state regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic work attitude
- Ability to handle multiple matters on an on-going basis
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or meet the requirements for admission in Pennsylvania) and be in good standing (required)
