Description:Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney with an interest in Pre-Suit, Litigation, and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) matters.
This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed attorney looking to build strong litigation skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced attorneys.
Requirements:
- Assist with pre-suit, litigation, and SIU matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and examinations under oath
- Review and evaluate claims, records, and investigative materials
- Communicate with clients and assist with case strategy and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Entry-level and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
- Interest in insurance defense, litigation, and SIU matters
- Strong writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Motivated to learn, grow, and develop a long-term legal career
