Description:
We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our office and be an integral part of the team. This job is entry-level and experience in immigration law is not required. You will be trained by two very experienced immigration attorneys.We are a small firm of two attorneys and looking to add a third. We have four paralegals and a receptionist. Your caseload will primarily be removal proceedings both in the detained and non-detained setting, and as well as USCIS cases. We welcome those fresh out of law school or those with litigation experience.
Compensation will be determined by your capabilities and experience, but the range is $75,000 to $105,000.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in any of the United States (Arizona preferred).
- Be in good standing with any applicable Bar Associations.
- Spanish fluency is required for you to communicate with the majority of our clients. The owner and all staff are fluent in Spanish.
- All our clients are happy, we pride ourselves on this as it makes for a very peaceful work environment. Therefore, you will need to continue to provide kind and caring service.
- You will communicate often with clients always keeping them informed. Following up with the clients as necessary.
- You will need to effectively manage your caseload. We have software and processes in place to help you be organized.

- The expectation is that you work 40 hours a week. However, family is important and we can be flexible and support each other when the need arises.
- The position is an on-site job. You will have your own assigned office.
