The ideal candidate will have an interest in complex corporate work including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and general business counseling.
Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled at an ABA accredited law school with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027
- WI Bar admission via diploma privilege or timely bar exam passage (upon graduation)
- Superior academic credentials
