Fisher Phillips seeks an entry-level associate to join our Seattle office. We are looking for a highly motivated law student or first-year associate who possesses excellent academic credentials and a genuine interest in labor and employment law. Prior work experience is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for a 2025 or 2026 law school graduate looking to start their legal career in labor and employment law. As an entry-level associate, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of labor and employment law while working closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse range of cases.

Admission to the Washington Bar, or eligibility to sit for the bar exam in Washington, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school are required.

Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary for this position is $155,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
