About the Job:This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL for an entry-level litigation attorney at A Personal Injury Attorney. The entry-level litigation attorney will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury litigation in car accidents and premises accidents which include: handling depositions, arbitration hearings, jury trials, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation filings, appearing in court proceedings, and participating in all aspects of litigation support and trial preparation. We are a heavy volume law firm that has had significant growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Illinois State Bar
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- No prior experience required
