Job Overview:
Small midtown law firm located near Grand Central Terminal seeks a newly admitted Attorney to participate in commercial litigation transactions.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to make court appearances
You will be required to draft and review a variety of legal documents including motions, discovery demands, etc.
You are expected to have knowledge of AI
You must be proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis Nexis
You must have excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be a member of the New York bar in good standing
Ability to commute to our Manhattan office M-F. We work in our office.
