Description:

Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations
  • Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys and support staff.
  • Communicate with attorneys, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
  • Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted into the Florida Bar and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Prepared to learn from attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
  • 2 to 5 years experience as an attorney.
  • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys.
  • Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam.
  • Bilingual speak Spanish.
