- Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings,
- Manage client correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for trial by organizing case files, developing litigation strategies, and practicing in court depositions.
- Provide excellent legal counsel specifically in Family Law
- Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate effectively during hearings
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous case management records
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in practicing Family Law
- Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
- Graduated from an accredited Law school
