As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in our firm's success by handling various aspects of litigation across multiple practice areas, including business litigation, real estate litigation, and trust litigation.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including drafting law and motion pleadings, presenting arguments in court, preparing and analyzing discovery materials, and actively participating in trials. With our fully staffed office located in Newport Beach, CA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong academic background, exceptional research and writing skills, and a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your legal expertise and contribute to meaningful litigation matters that make a real difference in our clients' lives.

Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. While this is a primarily an in the office position, our attorneys do work from home under some circumstances. Many of our court appearances and client interactions are done virtually.
