Description:
The Los Angeles office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for an Entertainment Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in entertainment, media, or related transactional law, either at a law firm and/or in house. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as experience advising clients across the entertainment, media, and creative industries on a wide range of transactional, contractual, and business matters. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with artists, producers, executives, and other industry stakeholders including agents and personal managers. The position requires a self motivated, personable team player with outstanding academic and professional credentials. Admission to practice in California is required. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions at this time.The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles is $375,000 - $415,000. Positions outside of Los Angeles will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
