Qualified candidates will have experience advising on a wide range of complex corporate and commercial energy-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, commodities transactions, and infrastructure matters. Ideal candidates will have experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas sectors, as well as conventional and renewable power and energy transition projects. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $260,000 to $420,000+. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
