We're seeking a Counsel with 9+ years of renewable energy, energy storage, conventional energy, and nuclear energy-related experience for our engineering, procurement and construction transactions practice. The role will involve drafting and negotiating EPC, procurement, O&M, and other construction-related contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects domestically and internationally. Orrick has a market-leading energy and infrastructure practice with an integrated global team of over 200 attorneys dedicated full-time to the energy and infrastructure sector.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have 9+ years of transactional experience in engineering, procurement and construction law. The ideal candidate will be based in one of Orrick's U.S. offices, including SF, NY, DC and Houston. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Membership in the state bar of the office in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
