You Are:

An Attorney with Over 10 Years of Employment Law Experience. (california Employment Law Experience Is a Plus.)
Licensed to Practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas or Elsewhere in The U.S. or The Uk, with A Portable Book of Business of At Least $500,000.
A Natural Leader, Experienced in Advising Employers on All Aspects of Employment Law.
Practical, Prepared and Resourceful with Excellent People Skills.
An Efficient and Effective Plain-English Communicator.
Conscientious, Thorough and Highly Accountable.
Motivated to Learn and Improve. Receptive to Constructive Feedback.
Polished, Poised, Energetic with A Strong Work Ethic.
Always Responsive and Often Proactive, Keeping Your Clients (and Team) Well-Informed.

In This Role, You Would:

Lead the Employment Department and Report to The Managing Partner.
Supervise Lawyers, Paralegals, Law Clerks, and Externs on Your Team.
Lead by Example: With Your Diligence, Drive for Success and Positive Attitude.
Continue to Develop Your Own Book of Business and Help Drive the Continued Growth of The Firm.

Total Compensation – $250,000 – $750,000 or More (based on Experience, Book of Business, and Performance).
