The ideal candidate will bring strategic litigation experience, strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Portable business will be considered, but is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of labor and employment defense litigation from inception through resolution
- Manage and supervise multiple attorneys and legal staff within a collaborative team environment
- Defend employers in a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Wage and hour disputes
- Single-plaintiff and class/collective actions
- Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Conduct and oversee appearances in both Federal and State courts
- Represent clients in investigations and proceedings before the:
- U.S. Department of Labor
- EEOC
- State and local human rights agencies
- Provide strategic counseling and risk management advice to clients on employment-related matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice group
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation defense experience
- Significant experience handling wage and hour matters and employment class actions
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and management experience
- Strong litigation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience managing complex employment matters in both Federal and State courts
- Admission to practice in New Jersey required
- Portable business is welcomed but not required
