Lynch Dallas Legal is seeking an experienced Employment & Litigation Attorney to join our Litigation Practice Group with a focus on employment and labor law. This role combines sophisticated litigation work with proactive client counseling, providing businesses, governmental entities, and individuals with practical legal solutions and trusted representation.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage all phases of civil litigation, from case assessment through trial, appeal, or resolution.
  • Represent clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, investigations, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
  • Advise employers on federal, state, and local employment law compliance.
  • Counsel clients on workplace investigations, employee relations, accommodations, leave issues, wage and hour compliance, discipline, and termination decisions.
  • Draft and review employment-related documents, policies, handbooks, and agreements.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development and practice growth.

What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active Iowa law license or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
  • Five or more years of employment, labor, and/or litigation experience.
  • Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and a caseload.
