Job Summary:Swerdlow Florence Sanchez Swerdlow & Wimmer, A Law Corporation, practicing exclusively in employer-side labor and employment law, is seeking a 7+ year attorney to join our dynamic practice in West Los Angeles.
About the role:
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique firm where employer-side labor and employment law is not just a practice group — it is everything we do. You will work alongside experienced attorneys on a wide range of sophisticated matters, including:
- Single-plaintiff, class action, and representative employment litigation
- Management-side labor law and collective bargaining negotiations
- Employer advice and counseling
- Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA compliance and representation
Qualifications:
- Employer-side labor and employment law experience
- Demonstrated desire to litigate and advocate on behalf of employers
- Strong leadership ability and sound professional judgment
- Excellent academic credentials and written and oral communication skills
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Desire for a partner-track role
- Desire to grow our practice and develop business
- Transferable business is a plus
