The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a litigation associate with both a Colorado and California license to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners admitted both in Colorado and California. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset.

Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling Colorado and California litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various challenges under state and federal employment laws, drafting& revising handbooks, training, and similar activities.

Although we would prefer that you have some experience in employment law (wage &hour is a plus), we are also interested in working with talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena, and lawyers with a desire to invest in their career growth while assisting clients with a variety of employment matters. In Accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be:$180,000 - $220,000.
