Job Overview:
We are seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Employment Litigation Associates to join our legal team. In this pivotal role, you will handle employment-related disputes, representing clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings. Your expertise will help shape fair employment practices and defend client interests across a broad spectrum of legal issues. Duties:
  • Manage all phases of employment litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies
  • Draft clear, persuasive legal documents such as briefs, memos, pleadings, and settlement agreements
  • Advise clients on employment law matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, and compliance issues
  • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution options to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with all court procedures and deadlines

Qualifications:
  • Admission to the California State Bar required.
  • Experience in employment law litigation is preferred but not required; We are open to train the right candidate.
  • Strong research skills with proficiency in Westlaw and LexisNexis for comprehensive legal analysis.
  • Excellent writing skills demonstrated through effective legal drafting of pleadings and memoranda.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with negotiation tactics and dispute resolution strategies preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
