Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Employment Litigation Practice Group in our Dallas office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in employment litigation. The position will involve significant restrictive covenant work, as well as a broader mix of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff discrimination cases. Candidates should be comfortable handling the fast-paced and time-sensitive nature of restrictive covenant matters, including significant work that may be required on an expedited basis at the outset of a case. Prior experience with restrictive covenants, whether in litigation or transactional matters, would be a plus, but is not required. The successful candidate will also have an interest in working collaboratively with attorneys across offices.
