The Fort Worth office of An Employment Law Firm is actively seeking an attorney to join the firm's labor and employment practice. This role is ideal for professionals with a desire to excel in a dynamic and collaborate environment. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated attorney who has both litigation and counseling experience. Specifically candidates should have experience taking and defending depositions, motion practice. Candidates will be expected to be able to interact directly with employers and counsel clients on various employment matters such as leaves, separations, internal investigations and responding to charges of discrimination at the agency level. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented professional. Candidates must also possess the ability to work independently on complex matters.Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas, have graduated from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. Candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in labor and employment matters.
