We are growing again and seek an exceptional attorney to join our collaborative practice. Our Firm combines deep legal expertise with a team-oriented culture.This full-time role involves managing employment defense litigation matters from intake through resolution, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and single-plaintiff litigation, arbitration, and mediation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client strategy in California state and federal courts.
We're looking for:
- Active California bar license
- More than six years of employment law experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Practical, business-focused mindset with the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients
- No book of business required
