Responsibilities:
- Ability to litigate cases with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, as well as interacting with opposing counsel
- Able to produce high-quality written work and be comfortable with discovery
- Familiar with court rules and procedures
- Detail-oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of Employment Law experience as a licensed attorney in California on the plaintiff side and must have litigation experience.
Compensation:
$125,000 up to $250,000 with Yearly Bonuses
