In general, candidates should minimally have the following to be qualified:
  • Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school and eligible for admission to the bar in the State of Minnesota.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in litigation, preferably in employment law.
  • Demonstrated strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
