Baker Law Group is a full-service law firm with offices across Colorado, New Mexico, and Nevada. We handle a broad range of matters — civil litigation, real estate, employment law, and more — and we're growing. We're looking for a seasoned Senior Employment Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Denver team.
What You'll Do:
You'll manage employment matters from start to finish — advising clients on workplace disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, non-compete agreements, and more. You'll handle everything from strategy and counseling through litigation and trial when it gets there.
Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience, with OTE up to $270,000 through our performance-based bonus program. Our incentive structure is transparent, tiered, and designed to reward attorneys who perform — not just bill.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of employment law experience
- Litigation and/or trial experience strongly preferred
- Active Colorado Bar license required
- Someone who thrives on complex workplace matters and client relationships
