We are seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience handling employment-related matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, or similar issues. We welcome applicants from all practice backgrounds within employment law.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage an active caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed
  • Maintain effective client communication and case organization

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar membership, in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of employment law experience
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and communication skills
