We are seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience handling employment-related matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, or similar issues. We welcome applicants from all practice backgrounds within employment law.Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed
- Maintain effective client communication and case organization
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership, in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of employment law experience
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong time management and communication skills
