Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Class Action Associate to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft on a classwide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more. You will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, taking/defending depositions and advocating for our clients both in and out of the courtroom. This is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure in state and federal plaintiff's-side class action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. You will truly be fighting for “the little guy”.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. We will consider recent law school graduates who are awaiting bar results.
- Experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- This position is 100% in-person at our brand new downtown Los Angeles office.
