Our ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in both employment litigation and employment counseling. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, and a strong work ethic. EOE.
The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $260,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
