Description:A Personal Injury Attorney is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their employment division, The Labor Champ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law litigation, with commitment to our clients and a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, advocating effectively at each stage
- Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum 2-4 years of employment law experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
