About the Job:Los Angeles Litigators and Trial Attorneys is seeking a skilled and passionate Employment Attorney to join our growing employment law practice. This is a position for an experienced litigator who's ready to take ownership of impactful plaintiff-side employment cases and help shape the direction of our employment team. We're looking for an attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment civil litigation including cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Trial experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Managing Partner in management of various employment cases.
- Handle cases from inception through trial.
- Work closely with clients and an integrative team of professionals to understand client's legal needs and provide effective solutions.
- Regularly review potential new cases.
- Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources.
- Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work in-office in Los Angeles (90045)
