King & Spalding seeks an associate for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Atlanta, Chicago, New York or Washington D.C. Qualified candidates will have solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and a minimum of 2 years' law firm experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, including experience with employee benefit issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions and financings, executive employment, retention and separation agreements, and the design, implementation and administration of equity plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. Experience with ERISA plan investments and/or with the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans and health and welfare programs is preferred.

The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $235,000 to $420,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
