Responsibilities and practice:
A Worlds Largest Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and at least 3 years of experience to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:
  • Advising in a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements
  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients

Technical skills:
At least 3 years of experience advising on employee benefits and executive compensation matters

Other Requirements:
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and be in good standing
