Jenner & Block is currently looking for a junior Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation associate to sit in our Chicago office. The candidate should be a junior associate, preferably with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of matters, including counseling clients on retirement and health plans, executive compensation arrangements, and M&A transactions. All applicants should be effective team players and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment. Candidates should also possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and make sound judgements.
