Sidley's Chicago office seeks associate candidates to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefit matters in the context of M&A deals (particularly private equity), public-company executive compensation experience, and executive compensation more generally. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek admission to the Illinois bar.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
