About the job
Graydon seeks an experienced employee benefits attorney to join its busy Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice, which is getting busier as merge with Bricker & Eckler LLP effective April 3, 2023. After the merger, we will remain a mid-sized firm. Our Employee Benefits team designs and implements benefit plans and executive compensation programs of all sorts, and troubleshoots compliance and regulatory issues, while always focused on client needs to contain benefit costs and to enhance recruitment/retention of top talent. Our client base is large and diverse, ranging from publicly-traded corporations to small non-profits.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, including:
- Qualified retirement plans - 401(k)/profit sharing plans, defined benefit pension plans, ESOPS
- Nonqualified deferred compensation plans
- Health and welfare benefit plans
Candidates should be licensed or willing to obtain a license to practice in Ohio. We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive/competitive benefits package (of course!) and relocation assistance. Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
