We are seeking an associate to join our Employee Benefits practice. Candidates should have three to six years of employee benefits experience including ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, executive compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, 409A, and health and welfare plans, or transferable experience. Experience dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions is considered a plus. Top academic credentials are required, along with strong interpersonal skills, and excellent writing ability. We are flexible about location and will consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
