About the Position:We Are Currently Looking for A Bright, Committed, and Ambitious Attorney with Three to Seven Years of Experience and A Demonstrated Focus or Interest in Real Estate and Eminent Domain Litigation. This Position Is Open in Our San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland Office.
Qualified Candidates Must Have Excellent Academic Credentials, Outstanding Analytical and Creative Thinking Capabilities, Superior Research and Writing Skills, and A Strong Work Ethic. in Addition, a Successful Candidate Will Have a Proven Ability to Work in Teams and An Interest in Elevating the A Full-Service Law Firm Brand and Reputation. Experience in Eminent Domain, Real Estate, or Public Entity Land Acquisition Litigation Is Required.
It Is Essential that Candidates Possess Substantive Experience with Law and Motion Practice, Including Dispositive Motions. Candidates Should Also Have Prior Experience in Building a Case for Trial, Including Developing Evidence, Interviewing Witnesses, and Taking and Defending Depositions.
This Position Affords an Opportunity for A Motivated and Qualified Attorney to Gain Significant Litigation and Trial Experience on A Wide Array of Real Estate, Eminent Domain, and Public Entity-Related Land Acquisition Matters Throughout California.
We Offer a Hybrid Work Schedule with Continued Work-From-Home Opportunities, Coupled with Core “in-Office” Days Working with Colleagues to Promote Collaboration and Collegiality. the Salary Range for This California-Based Role Is $165,000–$235,000 and Represents the Firm's Good Faith and Reasonable Estimate of The Range of Possible Compensation at The Time of Posting. Actual Compensation Will Depend upon A Number of Factors, Including, but Not Limited To, the Candidate's Years of Experience, Qualifications, Skill Set, and Office Location.
