The Global Corporate group of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate in any of our U.S. offices to join the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital team. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice with a focus on venture capital and emerging company representation, as well as mergers & acquisitions experience. Candidates should also have experience with technology companies. $265,000 - $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
