Description:
3+ year of solid patent prosecution experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one state bar license required. Knowledge or experience in wireless communications, data security, mobile devices, memory, and computer technologies preferred. Attorneys control their own billable rates and there is no minimum hourly requirement. Telecommuting and flexible hours available. Will considered qualified candidates in any part of the U.S.
